Devlin Miles
Devlin Miles, Leader of Sweet Little Bloodhound, has lived in 6 different states in the US ranging from MA to CA, ID to CO, NY to NJ, setting a wonderful backdrop for songwriting. Her career spans over 2 decades of entertaining, touring, performing, acting, and stand-up comedy. She attributes her sense of humor to growing up in a large Catholic family, where religion and politics were always up for discussion, which also provided great material for songs too. Her spiritual center is at the heart of her music and often she has let faith drive the bus to the next stop. Through the years, she has been a part of many collaborations, including hosting a podcast with SLB, "SLB Indie Trailer," and hosting various songwriter nights with fellow troubadours Carolann Solebello, Kate Vargas, Trina Hamlin, Jill Sobule, Katie Clark, Ganessa James at "Live at The Vault: Songwriter Sessions."
Miles, has had some notable achievements as a songwriter including the winner of the Subway Fresh Artist, a Grammy Member, Honorable Mentions for her songs "The Camera Fades" by The Great American Song Contest and "This Guy" by Billboard World Song Contest. Winner of an Ourstage Circle Tour promotion out of 562 bands. Her song "Superhero Female" played in the opening of the WNBA Finals for NY Liberty. She has enjoyed some notable performances around the world including Hyde Park, Australia for the Gay Games, MusikFest, MEANY Fest, Women’s Fest, and can be seen buzzing in and out of TV shows filmed in New York as a Background Actor - including Law & Order SVU, Madam Secretary, Orange Is The New Black, Bull, She's Gotta Have It, and many more.
